2.1 The style will be in calendar format with monthly display

2.4 Displaying shifts on the calendar
There will be 13 shifts to be designated in each day’s box. The format should be the physician’s name in each box. Night shifts (23-8) should appear on the same day.

2.7 User List Display: Note about Read-Only Rights for the userlist: can access names only. Display in alphabetical order according to the last names, title, home address, home phone, office phone, pager, e-mail.

2.8 Login Permissions
Higher levels of access include all rights from lower levels of access.

2.8.1 Administrator Only Rights (highest level of access)

2.8.1.1 Able to change shift hours
2.8.1.2 Able to add a new shift/appointment
2.8.1.3 Able to update the Employee information
2.8.1.4 Able to change any password
2.8.1.5 Able to view the audit trail
2.8.1.6 Able to copy rotation forward
2.8.1.7 Able to mass update shift assignees from one employee to another based on original assignee, new assignee, begin date and end date
2.8.1.8 Able to mass update shift hours based on shift position type, old shift start and end times, new shift start and end times, start date and end date.
2.8.1.9 Able to assign employees to vacant shifts

2.8.2 Write Rights

2.8.2.1 Able to reassign a shift. The name of who had the shift and who got the shift will be recorded in the audit trail table. This will used to send an e-mail to both employees, triggered by the reassignment.
2.8.2.2 Able to update owns user list information

2.8.3 Read-Only Rights (lowest level of access)

2.8.3.1 Able to view calendar
2.8.3.2 Able to post messages to message board
2.8.3.3 Able to view shift details
2.8.3.4 Able to view employee list (name only)
2.8.3.5 Able to change their own password

3.1 Message Board

3.1.1 General message board assessable to all levels as above
3.1.2 Subsequent Postings: The BB acts like a “Remark Board” for all groups. You can post remarks on this but not able to change the previous posted messages.

4.1 Payroll
Assign each shift with a dollar value; at the end of the month the administrators able to ‘cut and paste’ the dollars to the assignee payroll
4.2 Worked hours
Assign number of worked hours to each shift. At the end of the month, administrators able to ‘cut and paste’ the hours to the assignee worked hour sheet
